We have updated our Elegant Home wording for 2010 with a number of increased limits and additions to cover.

Written on an 'all risks' basis (within geographical limits) the policy provides significantly wider cover and higher limits than most standard household insurance products. The policy includes the following major features:

 

Buildings & contents Accidental damage automatically included
Jewellery & personal possessions Covered for any physical loss or damage Worldwide
Accidents to domestic staff £5,000,000
Legal liability to the public £5,000,000
Students possessions Automatically included
Credit cards, money, pedal cycles & freezer food £1,000
Legal protection & domestic helpline £50,000

 

Additional cover available:

Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance            Optional 30 days Winter Sports extension

 

Discounts available:

Excess discounts            Up to a maximum of 37.5%
No claim discounts Up to a maximum of 25%
Security discounts Up to a maximum of 15%
