The Professional Indemnity team at Carroll Insurance Group are specialists in providing Architects with PI Insurance that complies with the ARB and RIBA.

Please find the ARB's general guidance in regards to PI Insurance below:

Minimum Limits of Indemnity:
·        If fees are less than £100k: £250k
·        If fees are between £100k and £200k: £500k
·        If fees are greater than £200k: £1m
 
Run-Off:
·        Run-off cover following cessation is mandatory for 6 years.
