Please find the RICS general guidance in regards to PI Insurance below:
 
Minimum Limits of Indemnity:
·        If fees are less than £100k: £250k
·        If fees are between £100k and £200k: £500k
·        If fees are greater than £200k: £1m
 
Run-Off:
·        Run-off cover following cessation is mandatory for 6 years.
